Journalists interested in economics and finance can apply for an internship at The Economist.
The Marjorie Deane internship program, sponsored by the Marjorie Deane Financial Journalism Foundation
, is designed to provide work experience for a promising journalist or would-be journalist, who will spend three months at The Economist covering economics and finance. The intern will receive financial support during the internship.
To apply, applicants should write a letter of introduction along with an original article of no more than 500 words in English that would suitable for publication in the economics section.
